I'm not much of a reviewer and I can never seem to express how I feel about a book in words but I'll try my best anyway. I truly enjoyed this book and this is most likely my favorite book of the year. The other books I've read all had their funny, witty and serious moments of course but few have touched me in the way this has. This was read a day after I finished book 1 so there wasn't any confusion or problems with remembering the characters as I sometimes get when I read the sequel to a book that was from months ago. It was however, slightly disconcerting at first, due to the previous book being told in Mia's perspective and this being in Adam's. The writing is powerful and captivating without being overly done and I simply couldn't put it down. While the first book was moving, this book completely captivated me.
