I think I may have enjoyed this more than the other Fever books. Dani was a great protagonist. A spunky spitfire and funny girl who mouths off more often then she should. I was a bit hesitant to read this because when I wasn't fond of her 'voice' when first read her POV chapters in [b:Dreamfever|6050298|Dreamfever (Fever, #4)|Karen Marie Moning|http://d.gr-assets.com/books/1320402953s/6050298.jpg|6225943] and [b:Shadowfever|7304203|Shadowfever (Fever, #5)|Karen Marie Moning|http://d.gr-assets.com/books/1320474645s/7304203.jpg|6967072]. Thankfully the writing in [b:Iced (Dani O'Malley #1)|12444166|Iced (Dani O'Malley #1) (Fever #6)|Karen Marie Moning|http://d.gr-assets.com/books/1333022535s/12444166.jpg|17427104] is different, but still carries her personality. There were also many great banters that made me laugh out loud.The issues:I'm sorry, but having the much older guys lust after 14-year old Dani...it's just plain creepy. The innuendos thrown at her! The scenes where she'd have to be in her underwear around them. ESPECIALLY the Highlander-turned-Unseelie-Prince Christian POVs. I found them extremely disturbing.
